(6 + 4)/5b = 9/10b

Firstly multiply both sides by 5b
- this will get rid of the /5b
6 + 4 = 9/5b
10 = 9/5b

Multiply for another 5b - to get rid of the remaining 5b
10*5b = 9
50b = 9
b = 9/50
b = 0.18

The answer is: b = 9/50 or 0.18
