(-4,-5)(2,13)
slope(m) = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
slope(m) = (13 - (-5) / (2 - (-4)
slope(m) = (13 + 5) / (2 + 4)
slope(m) = 18/6 = 3

y = mx + b
slope(m) = 3
(2,13)...x = 2 and y = 13
now we sub, we are looking for b, the y int
13 = 3(2) + b
13 = 6 + b
13 - 6 = b
7 = b

so ur equation is : y = 3x + 7
