If the 3 is with the -y, then the 6 is alone and is the constant. Therefore making the the 3 coefficient. However, your choices appear to be -1, 0, 3 or 6; if so, then if the expression is 6 -y *3, then the coefficient would be -1 since it is implied to be in front of the variable y.
