waterborne diseases are... well they live in the water and by dentistry you mean teeth, i’m assuming you meant, are waterborne diseases limited to getting to you through your mouth, and the answer to that would be no, that’s why before you go on a lake, you put droplets in your ears to keep them safe! or if you have a cut, it is advised not to go into the water until it is healed or wrapped appropriately.
