3 times 2x = 6x

3 times 2 = 6

now u have

6x+6+(1)x+5=-10

if the letter is alone there is a 1 there.

6x+1x=7x

6+5= 11

7x+11 = -10

flip 11 to -11

7x = -10-11= -21

7x=-21

(forgot this part)

7 divide by 21 is 3

x= -3

Hope this helps
