The general equation of circle with centre (h.k) and radius r is,

[tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]

Simplify the equation to obtain the centre and radius of circle.

[tex]\begin{gathered} (x+1)^2+(y-5)^2=16 \\ (x-(-1))^2+(y-5)^2=(4)^2 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So center of circle is (-1,5) and radius 4.
