the warren commission concluded that lee harvey oswald had assassinated JFK and that he had acted entirely alone in doing so

After nearly 5 years of investigation efforts, the Warren Commission concluded that Harvey Oswald acted alone in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy by firing 3 shots against him in Texas in 1964. This conclusion was supported by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Dallas Police Department.
