answer: y=4x-9

explanation:

y=4x+b <y intercept

   ^slope is 4

to find the y intercept:

plug in points (3.5,5)
                           x   y
5 = 4 x 3.5 + b

5 = 14 + b

b = -9

hope this helped! have a great day! (*^^*)♡
